War: Does it Boost Military Effectiveness?

Hey Guys,

I've noticed other people mention, as well as see it in Utopia Angel's calculator, that there's a 15% OME boost while in war. But I don't see anything about that on the relations page, only a reduction in attack time.

Is there a OME boost from being in war?

Only if you have warrior as personality you will receive the 15% OME bonus in war.

and you wont see it on the relations page, it just auto calculates if you target the kd your at war with on the "War Room" page.
