Debauchery has given the button to Shinra twice this age, they have CF'd both times.

EDIT: I really should have quotted him, he has since removed his post which said "There has been 0 conflict between Debauchery and Shinra in Age 60"

I'm sorry. I should say that there has been 0 "official" conflict between the 2 Kingdoms.
No Hostile declarations or negotiations for War.
Debauch has waved Shinra twice, if that is what SillyRabbit is referring to.

But I think that is far from approaching War.
In one of those waves, Debauch had almost 1/2 mil more NW than Shinra BEFORE the wave.
I do believe these 2 Kingdoms will meet this Age for a War.
BUT I think Shinra will do it's very best to get as Fair a start as possible, since Debauchery is very well known for it's dirty tricks and Shinra is on the total other end of that spectrum.
Again, IMHO, as I really have no dog in this hunt.

Why is it that we need to ask permission to have a war? I remember a time when you waved a kd, either they war or they cf. Nowadays I need to say "may we pretty please wave you?"

BTW, I recorded the NW and acres of both kds before the wave.

Yeah, we are a warrior kd who gave the button to a tact kd. They could have declared and gotten two waves in before we made our first in-war wave.

BTW I am not trying to bash Shinra. There was some misinformation given and I've corrected it.
