Can you pin a number of reliable actives at a certain number?
You don't need to share this, but if you have a core of players who are relatively willing to stay with you the option of merging might best suit your needs for future endeavors.
I'm in AC and we lose some good actives for what some might deem a hazy forecast. I'm not prostituting a merger since I move kingdom to kingdom every age, so it's not for me to guide interest.
My point is an early focus on merging will yield a better hope for your stalwart players. It also offers you a chance to explore the options before the age reaches crunch time. Better to appear in age61 with a full roster than stalled in the quagmire of random additions that often must be razed to progress. All the while other kingdoms moving relatively unfettered.
since I travel I see this situation everywhere and it's a shame to see good kingdoms wrestling for an anemic resource like good actives. Good luck in your sector.

Ahh, you're right.

Merging Kingdom's would be a suitable idea. However, this will take time as well. We will sort things out together and figure out a solution before new age arises.
