After much thought about it, this is how undeads acquire peasants: they have a great hall where massive orgies are held, orgies of all other races. Other races, forced to make love to oblivion, just pop babies here and there, and then the ud kill those babies and make them into peasants.
Also, dwarves should have the birth rate penalty. Not being able to recognize women (they have beards, too). On the other hand you have these crazy horny lil' halfers, they're all over each other, all the time!
