I assume he is in a ghetto and will have to get his own intel so I run the td at times they are useful.

In my kingdom I would not.

Removing elite protection from NS would be a good start.

Maybe make that a new bonus for Rogues?

Heres my build strat this age in war for undead tactician

10% Homes
10% Banks
20% TG
16% Rax
17% GS
10% Guild
5% Tower
10% WT

I had 15% Stable before war that i razed (because i am able to keep my army out the same tick it gets back) and put in my barracks.. 16% barracks lets me make three hits a day with +/-
