Bit of a situation

This might be daily business for some people, but the situation is the following:

Kingdom A and kingdom B agree to have a war to start in 36 hours. Following arrangements were made:

21st of jan: Dragon projects can be started
24th of jan: First attacks/ops can be made
First one to get the button will declare (his response was. Agreed.. but no hurry...)
No learns during hostile/war

What happened:
21st: Both sides start dragon projects. Our faeries get their thieves exposed on the 21st, contrary to the agreement. I message their King and he says they were trying success rates only and he had to spend stealth because he had to go to work soon.

We initiate hostitilies and we hit their Orcs with their armies home, killing thousands of troops. They've now started a hostile period of attrition but have so far been on the losing end, us hitting them time and again with their armies home. As their King still hasn't declared we started learning aswell.

My question: How to handle in situations like this? What would you do?

I'll do that hehe. Btw, Orc + Bloodlust + Pitfalls + Bribe Generals = mega destruction on the enemy lol. I hit a province of 1700 acres and got 3200 casualties in 1 hit on him lol.

Nope. I checked his SOT before and after. Doubled him for a total of 5200 troops. He lost 3400 elites lol.

But it makes sense. He didn't have a lot of hosps.

1.15*1.15*1.25*1.15 = 90% higher losses. He had 23K elites at home lol.

Yea not really sure what your issue is here, just keep smashing and don't stop. If they want it to stop they have to declare war.

the trick is to not agree to these bs arrangements, because you don't have much to gain if they keep their promise, but you have a lot to lose if they don't :)
