As the person designated to "be in charge" of the kingdom that is/was legacy, I tend to agree chrystal.

Before you go off on that tangent, walk a mile in the shoes of leading a kingdom in crisis. Then you can speak of others farming out and being nubs and so on. Its not an easy thing to lead or an easy thing to participate in. It does not make it easier to deal with the harassment of people like you in the forums and it does not help kingdoms stay together or the game to grow to deal with such things.

If you have led a kingdom in this situation, then you are perhaps an a-hole for not having some compassion for those struggling through times like this.

Perhaps we are nubs, perhaps I am the worst leadership this game has ever seen, perhaps all of this is deserved, etc etc etc.

Its kind of irrelevant, the issues are:

1) can the underling problems be dealt with?
2) how to accomplish #1?
3) if not what is the best disposition of the kingdom?
4) how to accomplish #3?

Honestly, situations like this are just sad and I think are better dealt with through some compassion than through "LOL DIE *****ES FARMOUT" comments in a dying game where we want people to overall enjoy the game and stay with it. I could just drop the KD at any time, but I CHOOSE to try to see it set properly or disposed of properly for the PLAYERS sake and for the GAMES sake. So do piss off young man.

But yes, this kingdom fka Legacy/Legacy is going to pay a price for its internal problems and we will see if anything positive results from it.

To my thinking any number of monarchs who have a marginal crew should merge in 2 stages.
1- take your best players who are on the same page with you and merge with other kingdoms, same mo.
2- work toward merging the suboptimal leftovers with other kingdoms leftovers and establish a relationship. They'll either learn or fade. Be active or inactive. It might hurt but it's how we chose football teams. 2nd stringers; I am.
