    rate the races

    exactly what it says on the tin. sound off about races, which ones are good, which ones suck, which personalities work and which doesn't. i'll refrain from writing anything OKAY NOT RLY I LOVE MY OWN TEXT.

    forum doesn't feel right without a drawn out ghetto fabulous argument thread.

    I like them all, but I rate race by example -
    1- elite strength: human is 6+4=10.
    2- cool ability: undead elite spawning.
    3- quality of spell book: faery.
    And rate personality by example -
    1- synergy: war hero training.
    2- spell match with race: human cleric w PF.
    3- archetypical supremacy: avian tac speed.
    Which feeds applicability, or it's worthiness as a function of team.

    You can sound off. I'll help.;-)

    Halfer is the best core race. If I were to run my own kingdom I'd call it Half'n'Half with banner 'put that in your cofee' and run all halflings. Half warrior, half war hero.

    i think halfer mystic is the strongest t/m in the game right now. 110 dpa, 5 raw tpa/wpa. not bad at all

    If they removed Faery, I'd definitely start my own halfer kd called "Coffee Stunts your Growth" and we would battle Strato's kd.

    bleh, halfers are giant paper tigers... you can have great stats but they don't last...

    Thats y u run them as a non attacking t/m noobium, cheap theives is the only cost a t/m really needs in war.

    actually the only thing that a halfer/mystic would do especially well would be as a more aggressive mystic than elf or faery, while being able to keep better defense and tpa than a human (at the expense of the human's economy, wpa, and offensive potential being so much better). if i wanted to stay put i'd pick elf or faery over halfer, because both have better spellbooks and/or bonuses for a static t/m.

    okay so i figure i should just say how i tend to group the races (in warring ghettos) without much explanation

    Race Type Mode
    Avian Attack Endurance
    Dwarf Tank Endurance
    Elf Turtle Endurance
    Faery Dynamic Endurance
    Halfling Turtle Momentum
    Human Dynamic Momentum
    Orc Attack Momentum
    Undead Tank Momentum

    I'm sure the usual suspects will find this lulzy...

    Another question based upon kd setup and goals.... all can b great races depended on goals...

    I agree... feary is by far best t/m option... yes each pure t/m race has its benefits... but i think feary is by far the best rounded t/m period.. rogue/mystic/sage... srry but half mystic is not a smart choice imo... you just get ran over by elf's and fearys and if not rogue then u cant even do any real damage to opposing tm's making u subpar in all aspects... ok u steal there runes?? congrats they steal them back., cant aw or prop to gain strength and fight dragon, sounds like a waist to me...     There is no superior race imo this age... undeads r strong but can b countered as the rest of the races can... its all about kd goals and kd setups imo..

    why u no faery circle this age? :( would be a perfect age for it.

    edit: fae/rogue > halfer/rogue in most situations. spellbook, and the damage mod is more important than +TPA... although i'd probably run both if i were using a lot of rogues.

    If you are going to play a halfling that doesn't attack, I don't really understand why you wouldn't just play a faery.
    I think halfling hybrid A/T is excellent this age. Elf is good as a hybrid as well but harder to play.
    Dwarf, human, undead, faery, halfling, and elf are the races that I would say are "good." Orc is playable if done right, as is obvious from BB setup. It would be very difficult to outgain that kingdom.
    Avians are not good this age.
