What's the current random factor on attacks?

I'm a returning player and I can't seem to get a straight answer to this question.
If you site a number please explain where it comes from.

I'm getting conflicting answers here, since the wiki says *1.0404.

Where is that number coming from Crease? and for that matter, what's the origin of the number in the wiki?

That number is the correct one, i just cant tell you how or why, nor am i comfortable namedropping the player who worked it out and proved it to me. ( i lost the logs anyway =[ )

Havent failed a hit that wasnt explained by blocking in the 2.5 ages since he told me so its a safe bet ;)

Thanks, an explanation that a person worked it out works for me. I just don't like to count on number given without any explanation at all.

1.0404 is more or less correct but its not actually, the actual number has been posted here by bishop before and while I do not have it off hand its like 1.0403459785 or some long random nonsense; and, in any case people have their own ideas, but they are not fact.

It's why I prefer select targets have explosions cast on them. I use to add this as an addition to nm when I was elf mystic for super waves.

I have seen someone bounce their hits sending 1.02, so I don't see how 1.012 that could be the right number. The math explaining the 1.04 number has been posted here I believe.

It might be 98% or something, but it is not guaranteed.

Ether you are dangerously mistaken or trolling / lying; but, for 100% fact, this is not true.

Keep sending what you want, im not forcing it on anybody. 1.012 will break given no outside circumstances however.

Noobium, that attack failed cause somebody blocked you.
