What's the current random factor on attacks?

pretty sure it wasn't because i checked after the fact for such a thing. i hate relying on others for intel.

And I did the same on ours. 1.02 will bounce. It may only be 1 attack out of 100, but it will bounce at some point. Probably when you don't want it to :)

Keep sending what you want, im not forcing it on anybody. 1.012 will break given no outside circumstances however.

Noobium, that attack failed cause somebody blocked you.

1.012 is not a guaranteed win. 1.04036 (i.e 1.04) is guaranteed. This number is unchanged in over a decade.
