    paladin:
CS and RM on every province? No, thanks!

    naturist:
    too weak

    hoarder:
    must-have for every bank
I'm glad merchant lost plunder protection. don't bring it back because it rewards inactivity

    marxist:
won't have money to train because you give almost everything away. would require many more in the kingdom which is boring/lame

    spell caster:
you might as well bring back runeless casting (which won't happen)
far too strong and makes spell casting too easy by taking away rune management which is a bad thing.
This is my province. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My province is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
My province, without me, is useless. Without my province, I am useless.
I must attack hard with my province. I must attack harder than my enemy who is trying to pk me. I must pk him before he pk's me. I will...

Normally these kinds of suggestions sort of suck because no thought is put into what the personalities would do, leaving massive amounts of overlap rather than opening up new options.

The paladin, however, is a very nice opener. It does stuff no other personality does, ideal for an A/M that focuses on dragonslaying and friendly support. We have nothing like this in the game currently, making it heavily unique, though I think it may be better to have a dragonslayer specialist and the friendly-support specialist separate, as either of those advantages is pretty major, and self spells on allies already drains all your mana, leaving nothing else to throw mana at the dragon.

The naturist has some potential, being better than the current incarnation and the shepherd, but a little far too heavily focused upon food. I'd probably suggest refining the idea down more so towards what you really want the personality to accomplish. Right now they have food... uhm... food, and more food. Which is fine, except food isn't really that big of a part of the game. This is partially mitigated by having a use for a lot of that food, but given how easy it is to grow massive quantities of food with science and over 5~10% farms, you could easily have a naturist fund a dragon solo in wars without breaking a sweat. I'm not really sure this is a good idea. Still, having a place to dump food is nice, but I think there are better options such as increasing BE or creating temporary treant workers or something like that.

Hoarder's honestly playing far too similar of a role to merchants at the moment, to the point the overlap makes merchants redundant. Not that interesting, either.

Marxism has never worked; the original communism it was based on? Perhaps in theory, but what we call communism in the modern day has far more ties to marxism than communism, and in the game, like in real life, it's worthless. Bigger provinces will be crippled, completely unable to maintain their own economy, while smaller provinces will be fat, ripe targets with far too much money to make use of efficiently. Just kind of a bad idea in general.

Spellcaster is... broken, many times over. An interesting concept, however, being the tree of runes. I would honestly actually say it might be worth looking into the idea of a personality or race who physically can't produce runes; 0 towers maximum allowed, but with -1 mana costs, and the tree of runes which produces an amount based on acreage. That could lead to some very interesting methods of storing runes and chain casting. I would advise NOT allowing them the +1 mana regen per tick, however, if they gain -1 mana cost (instead of 50%); this could be rather unique of a method of casting. It'd probably be better as a racial trait rather than a personality due to the severity of power from such in some situations.

Anyway, some of the ideas suck, some hold some notable potential. I like the idea that there's some thought put into opening alternative play styles and providing options that otherwise hadn't been available, so there's some promise here.

New personalities would be nice, but they have to fit a useful niche that isn't already provided for, while not being overpowered or covering too many, or too few, points. A personality that does only one thing is only really a good choice if that one thing is highly versatile. Rogues, sorcerers and sages, for example, do only one thing, but the things they do are wide ranging and provide many beneficial effects indirectly. More mana/runes means more spells, so more versatility, for example.

Anyway, there's some interesting potential here, but how to mix and match may take some effort. It's a good start, at least!

Doubt you would be able to fund a lot of dragons with the naturist. You'd need 200K food to get the equivalent of 1 ToG at 1000 acres. 200K food could be achieved by running 100% science and 80% farms. Don't think you'd want to dedicate 80% of your land to farms for something 1 ToG can do. Could be viable if it was 3-4 bushels per gold coin.

I would applaud some crazy new personalities to lighten up the game and make it harder for top KDs to calculate everything.

    How about this:

    Propagandist:
Converts 2% of enemy troops on successfull attacks at home(% should decrease whilst chaining).
    Immune to Propaganda.
    Access to propaganda

    Slaver:
    Dungeons +100% capacity.
+100% more prisoners on successful attacks
    -50% army upkeep costs

Both personalities could be very strong in combination with Avian, would perhaps invite people to start playing it again.
