In all seriousness, if you're not perennial top tier growth I pick Rusty in anything equal nw. Still that doesn't mean I invest faith or hope in any of these things. I happen to like guys in Rusty, but I'm sure Stoners guys are cool to.
The funniest irony to me was when I reviewed a Stoners recruitment thread during my travels. It was serious about obeying orders and expectations. I just found it odd with the Stoners title on the thing. I'm a theme freak and would've added ' never tip the bong '. But maybe those were orders I never heard. ;-)
