Elf has the early WPA advantage, but Sage will push any race's ME up pretty quickly, so I'd take the consistent Faery damage bonus over the early Elf boost.

Plus, saying Fae Sage sounds cool, kinda rolls off the tongue. Kinda sounds like Face Age. An age where everyone has a face. And I'm digressing...
