Classing Requests for Theme Creators
There are some areas of the html I'd really like to have classed so i can update colour when there is war. Much the same way utools does.
There was a host of other little things like this I noticed today, but i figured i start a list.

1) If the "advice-messge" span could also have another class/id to signify what the message is about, it would let me style "dragon" vs "war" vs "plague" messages.
2) Table rows on council pages
