Yes, all the undead shenanigans and we would've been raze killed in the lower tier for going mystic with undead. It's simply not fair.

Hmm. So in AMA fashion they have a refined distribution network. Otherwise I'd recommend explosions to curb a kidnap/soldier aid laundering system to undead. The mystic personality makes landing the op difficult on undead, but perhaps aimed at the halfers would have some effect.
