Every kingdom I travel to I explain to the monarch they should hit someone and offer free acres from inactives or people with a sense of humor. ;-)

For me it's usually the other way around. Some idiot in my KD hits where he shouldn't, then I end up offering my lands :P in most cases though the opposition KD aren't douchebags and don't try to take advantage of it. Most Monarchs are still friendly in Utopia :)

It wasnt an inactive.
There were only like 4 provinces in the entire KD.
Two of them had 1,000+ acres.
It was one of the 1K provs offering land from the other 1K prov.
