I'm experience and can manage my province well but can't promise too much activity due to rl. Not doing alarms, waking up for waves etc. Will not go inactive or disappear without saying anything though. The usual stuff such as following orders, not quitting when I get chained, being a team player goes without speaking. Will go on Irc when I have the time. If anyone is interested hit me up.
