Also, when could a war be deemed fake? Obviously has nothing to do with this war, but in theory, if one side screwed up the war on purpose, without consulting the other kingdom about it, could the kingdom that screwed up on purpose be actioned?

Welcome to the Imagination Station: if the kingdoms involved don't want to post a summary and you desire one but have no thieves because of the Palem thingy, then why not make one up? - Y'know like those movies based on a true story. - I burn up my imagination on my Virtual Kingdom, but I encourage you to stretch your creative side and make up what happened. Everyone can see the results on kingdom pages, but you can add color to the 'what might have been/what should've been/what would've been funny/cool/pitiful.'
