Gradual wage raising vs immediate 50-200%

I could probably test this myself, but I am wondering if there is a difference in speed of ME% increase from setting wages from 50-200 immediately, or doing it manually and gradually (which would save you money). If the latter, how much would you have to raise to match the speed of 50-200?

    Cheers.

A maximum rate of change exists so there is a cost reduction for shifting up in stages. You can increase 50% every 12 hours and walk with the vast majority of the benefit.
