We still need active nub to help lead.
Apparently we also may be looking for some more core players for next age. Understand -- not aiming for nw/land growth next age, but we would be following ages and don't want to take on one age players.
Leader role = Candidate must be good at Maff and timings of the Utopia world... we lacked one this age.
Core role = must not die from lack of peons.
Looking for someone who wants to learn to lead. Is ez stuff. Just know how to do maff for events and train dates
