Human Sage starting guide

Human Sage is quite interesting this age. I'm new to utopia game. I would like to have some suggestion how to run Human Sage this age from you all. My aim is to be semi bank and attacker also. My KD has given me a freedom and will provide time to do science pump. I want to know the starting build for faster growing and pumping.

You can read through some of this for general information. It keeps sliding, but has some relevant info.

1. Always run schools OOW if you're in a (semi)-ghetto KD --> other Kingdoms will be on the look-out for you once they know you're sage.
2. Do not focus sci too much in 1 category, spread it.
3. Start running libs from 500-600 BPA. Because of the +30% you can start with this earlier than other races.
4. Make sure you got some protection vs Amnesia --> if a TM gets through on you he can pretty much make your entire personality useless with a few ops.
