    Clarification on Guild %

    Duration of Spells
The percentage of guilds the casting province has, with no additional effect for amounts over 20%.
I understand that if I'm a mystic, I would have +100% Land Effect - Guilds.

And the formula for buildings are

    Building Effects

    Percentage Based Buildings = Base Effect * BE * Max(50%, % of building) * (100% - Max(50%, % of building))

Flat Rate Buildings = Base Effect * Number of Buildings * BE * Monarchy Bonus * Science
Thus my question is, how to I calculate the percent guild for duration of spells? I believe it should not be the same as the Building Effects calculation as Guilds are Flat Base Buildings.

So will the formula be for Mystic
(% of Buildings + Personalities Bonus) * BE * Science?
    OR
(% of Buildings * BE * Science) + Personalities Bonus?
    OR
    Other formula?

considering the personality effect is x2, both formulas you suggest are the same..

edit: wizard training rate isnt capped at %50, thus u need to apply the flat rate building formula..
