Looking for 1-3 highly motivated people who want to take responsibility and lead growth crown looking kingdom. Preferably american (west coast ideal or late staying up east coast) as i generally find it hard to sit and chat since im west coast american time which means by the time i get home from work and wanna talk utopia - everyone's asleep.

Looking for someone with a strategic mind that loves the competition and crunching numbers and wants to learn and know all the math behind the game. You'll be handed pretty strong responsibility and id be able to be more advisory that i am currently (i.e. I want to review plans rather than create)

I'll still occassionally or even often be as hands on as i am now, but want more backup in case i dont want to be, want to build our kingdom into something that doesnt burnout and has longevity. Msg me on irc or here if interested

Anyone who wants to learn some great strategies and finer aspects of the game would do well to work with flogger. He definitely is one of the best utopians I've played with.

Cause you could join ours if that's the case -- Meeni was in our KD and taught us so much...but if you're annoyed at noob stuff then maybe not for the best. Palem is very patient :)

Noting will be more interest from having kingdom co-lead from flogger and Proteus.
Only problem i see here is: if kd Win crown how they can decide who did more for it :P

Afaik protector plays in BB not Proteus this past age

But looking at the list of players in BB its gonna be quite a feat to gain the respect of some of those players there.

If flogger will be taking a backseat, whoever is chosen will need patience and trust since I'm sure many people there have been through similar experiences and know what happens when they don't give the new guys a chance.

flogger, you could always try an age of ANARCHY. I can understand it is difficult to do well in anarchy compared to very organized kingdoms, but if you could succeed some, it might be a beam of hope for the whole game if others follow the example. We are all oppressed! :D

Maybe CR are also planning to do something like this? Because they say they are not growing, but I am sure they will grow! It doesn't take that much to grow really. :)
