Hi if u recruit some one into ur KD, how long time will the new player have in prot?

Just came in doubt with the new mechanics to VAC (24h no aid/dragon)

Will these effect still be in effect for new players coming OOP? or was it a start of age bug that have been fixed for all new comers rest of age?
