Massacre kills are considered as 'gains'..

Side question: if you ambush a massacre, do you resurrect the dead?

so you are saying that a massacre with anonimity will have -15% damage right?
and are you sure that orcs massacre cause +30% damage?
I believe sampuan is wrong on this one. My understanding is that massacre kills are not considered a gain and unaffected by all gains modifiers like anon / gs / orc racial. A little old but I was able to find a quote from bishop stating this as well:

Not a real test, but going through papers from one of our wars last age (we had some orcs) where we did a lot of massacres (Massacre: 42 - 77,028 population) my statement appears to hold up, I don't notice a difference in the orc massacres at a glance.

last i knew, orcs did get extra kills on massacre and fortified (and maybe aggressive/hostile) affects gains, but guardstations have no effect.

Last you knew based on what? Did you actually test it? Anyways I have some orcs, I can report findings later in the age.
