I have a good guess how its spinned ED CF offer was "outrageous" and therefor FS declined it and therefor making ED "refusing" to CF cause it was such a "outrageous" offer.

Wasn't FS just in a farm war where they got hit like twice over the course of the entire war? Acres are almost equal, is ED really in such a superior position under those circumstances? ED stockpiled tons of cash? Or have they been pumping at larger acres for a long time? FS got button?
