i havent read all thats beeing posted here , but i still fail to see why any kd would think that giving notice to another kd automatically mean that kd will war .
cRs why on earth would you assume that ?
you can notice them just like they can notice anyone they have notice / deal with .
If fluffy wave pandas and pandas CF then wSk is free to wave fluffy when their notice is over otherwise wSk should honor the 1 vs 1 if pandas retaliate fluffy
this is also another reason why i simply hate playing in the top anymore ...waaaaay too much bs and fairplay alliances crap .

To be fair, no notices are being delivered without the intention to fight in the top. Nobody wants to leave a blank CF. That said, most notices being given end up in a war or at the very least a hostile fight.

As cRs explained above, wSk's statements from the last couple of days were issued in the heat of the moment. The heat had passed so we canceled the dragon on Fluffy and we won't interfere in case of conflict.

So no war with fluffy for wsk. I do have a question though. If what prot says is true what happens when the two kingdoms can't war? Let's say wsk serves me notice but wsk is twice my nw. War can't happen unless they drop nw as emeriti did to me last age. Although the talent emeriti had last age compared to what wsk has this age i doubt that will work on me in this situation.

Also everyone in the top but wsk and fluffy has given me an eoa cf. I haven't asked angels for a cf but I had the monarch do diplo with wsk because I find I need a shower after talking to them. So how will that notice work out? I am sure cj wants me to ask again for eoa and maybe offer acres(but not enough that puts them at advantage against him like war would) Alas of all my eoa cf I only gave acres to godly and that was because we didn't know who each other was.

So this is the question. Wsk serves me notice but war isn't possible. They start bouncing my cows and we start razing theirs. We don't give button (unlike what I did with emeriti). So war is not possible. Does this become a valid hostile? Does hostile mean war can happen or just any kind of conflict?


One more thing. I am ghetto so would my hostile even be a valid hostile?

Fluffy never fake warred with Emeriti, fluffy has done as they have last 3 ages and thats wave landfat kds in normal stance pumping up, last age we wared Pyro, BB etc. this age Emeriti happened to be sitting there landfat i play for my kingdom and my kingdom alone why would i want to fake war someone i dislike?

So does that mean last age i gave Pyro a fake war? (dont talk **** when you never complained last age about it), beside war with Emeriti was hardly a farmout neither was BB or Pyro the age before..

We won acres, honour and science vs Pyro last age, we won science but lost 1200acres to BB last age, this age we lost 1100 to Emeriti but got some honour..

So please tell me where this fake war is? and remember including my kingdom in a fake war with Emeriti also means you got a fake war vs us last age as did BB.

You're not hostile or in war, starting a dragon is allowed. Might be "sleezy" to save a few bucks of gold, but so is your notice into eowcf.

As long as WSK doesn't hit you before your notice with them is out or into hostile, there is no dealbreak.

FWIW kingdoms dodging each other rarely really benefits the dodger. You're probably better off fighting WSK now than in a week.
I'm actually pretty surprised by this dodge, seeing as it comes from the person who gave buttons to BB and Emeriti from half size and not caring about win/loss.

Why'd you need more time tho? I've got a 144h old sot run on your KD sitting on 440M gc (104k acres) and if you'd run no science/low wages you'd produce over a billion gc more in the past 144h ;p
Surely 1.4b would've been plenty for 116k acres. (heck, even if you'd 'just' have 1b you'd have way too much)
