Its pretty pathetic how you avoid waring cr under pretenses of their banks beeing too strong and at the same push arround kd's who have no fighting chance against you.

Atleast blackmailing is better rather than sitting and hitting kds for 2+ weeks!

I can understand why cJ is upset about this. Jerks CF was up and it was a source of acres for Crazies, a source which was a no go for Expendables since they had a EoA cf in place - but now Expendables gain 12-14k acres more then Crazies without being retalled putting them even more ahead of the land race - that is f....d up if you ask me.

If you dont want to give acres for the right to be left alone, don't play in t10. Being a big kd fighting the kds below you is fun, but the food chain starts at #1 not #10, so if you feel entitled to only fight kds around or below you and expect the bigger kds to stay away for free, you totally misunderstood how the game works.

5k acres for a EoA is dirt cheap and very fair. Refusing it only to end up chart shaping is retarded.

They can "spend" their acres anyway they see fit. Just dont come here whining about it then. T10 CFs are in most cases not free. This is not the first time they are in this position.

EDIT: In this case "sticking it to the man" = chart shaping.

I can understand them wanting to show what they are doing, maybe in hopes that if this situation happens again in the future people know what to expect from them. If they are indeed whining about it (I'd have to go through their posts to confirm - too lazy to do that) it's rather lame, I agree, that's not the impression I got though, they are acting more in the defiant area which I respect (I respect stubborn fools like myself).

We play and decide on our own, land has not been a goal for us this age, actually we had not goals, but when someone powerplay the entire top for past month and a half it is time someone to step up and FSU. For the exact reason not to shape charts we said no to Cj's offer fo 5k acrs, his best solution was to war CR since they got like half the kingdom on almost no science or wpa, but yet he went the easy way to bottomfeed, first pandas, now us. I made a promise and We are sticking to it - Crazies will not win land chart this age with this attitude end of story, we might end up on 50k acrs but we will stand up. We are still open for cf and end of this but one thing is sure CJ will not get his farm war that is 100% promise!

Hi Pendel. Yes i am glad i dont play with you anymore too, but hope you are doing well nonetheless.
The thing is buddy, go back to age 59 and revisit the moves we did back then - we acre hunted all the kds we could with no mercy because our goal was to win right? What makes it ok for us then, and not for cJ now?

I just dont understand the concept of doing well during an age, ending up on quite a few acres, only to piss it away to make a point (again). Paying 5k acres, which you can replenish easily from using pool to get left alone for the rest of the age is a bombshell of a offer.
I get the feeling you try your best to help Expendables by not providing acres for Crazies, even though Expendables have been sucking up acres all over the place already. I get cJ might not have the best rep, but being nice and hoarding acres is still the same nevertheless. They -take- your acres, yes with a cute smile on their faces, they are still -taking- em.

I dont wish anything bad for Jerks, i still talk to some guys there, but i dont understand this move.

EDIT: And before you go all mafia on my ass, yes you could write a book about the things i dont understand, and yes Jerks were glad when i left and the feeling was mutual, dont have any doubts about that - but i still liked the Jerks spirit when i was there helping to rebuild the kd when it was left in shambles - but this point of not giving acres, while expecting to grow big, always escaped my logic.

I'd say cJ made a tactical mistake trying to get land from a KD without a real goal. When you are blackmailing someone you need leverage over that person, a KD without a set goal is hard to find a leverage over because they care little about what happens to them. This was a FSU waiting to happen.

Iam not saying crazies did anything wrong but they clearly overextended their hand. Up to now they had option to war expendables if they had no other options to win landrace, I am assuming that option is gone now.

But cJ was saying it was "over" for Crazies about 2 weeks ago. You can't really sandbag the old veterans so I think cJ was genuine in this assessment.

What this means to me is all diplo at this juncture is analogous. Some could say Jerks have burned their bridges or Crazies have burned theirs. The awar could be perceived as mass departure from formal diplo.

Like MrCurious said, there's a pecking order, but I think we can base this on actual capability vs diplo acrobatics. As of now, diplo/CFs is a waste of effort.
