Unless he got it mixed up with the warrior bonus
The Jerks.
Just comes to show humans are still superior even if they make mistakes.

I replied to your thread and offered to sit your prov., but just missed you. Although, I'm not sure what I would have done with a 1:1 off/def ratio "attacker." :P

Would be nice if the potential/final changes were announced slightly earlier than usual too. :D
@ Marry Lennox. Thank you. The thought does count here in Utopia; numbers come and go. ;-)
@ the bored. ~
My operation requires hyperactivity. I never recommend my builds because they're highly dependent on read and react, counter-timing and initiative. I enjoy it but it makes me unsuitable for wave based kingdom strategies. I try to occupy nw zones and send my armies in selective pulses to keep acres moving at short intervals. The result is the ability to perpetually attack even under duress. That said, I'm a sloppy builder and I almost never see enemy kingdoms pages till war begins :-)
+809 Vortex Math (29/20)
The attacks absorbed were mostly the initial chain in which I lost about 620 acres of my 1240ish. By relaying I managed to keep my army paid at 200% and, while I whined for gold, I ended up stealing enough to cover wages. The thieves are important if you manage to stall the chain because you may find yourself breaking away and ballooning in acres. By conserving my thieves loss and retaining my elites for defense I was able to grow while protecting myself from sabotage and multi taps. I also did accelerated building to be full on before the subsequent enemy waves.
The nw gap materialized at the top, whereas it usually opens in the lower or upper mids of the dueling kingdoms. Depends on how the chains progress. It's much more obvious when I run an orc which I tend to pass on because I feel it's too easy. I confess I enjoy being more in the middle because the action is furious. At the top I feel like a bully and I've never been brought down as a top province without interference from outside kingdom(s).*
The last time I was with Palem, in a similar situation with HRS, my undead cleric broke away and went over 2k gains. Again I asked for a sitter, but that was because my friends were running a D&D campaign. We just fell into war and that undead cleric was chained like Mr T.
* in a war vs Spartans I suicided to make reparations for an early dragon send which was a breach of our deal. My intention was to be chained out of the top.
