No. A practice run would mean the game's running and then will reset shortly (those don't happen).

Freeze is for players to figure out what they want to do and for kingdoms to get organized to everyone starts off on the same page and working with each other.

Yes, and some kingdoms run sims to calculate more accurately how their proposed kingdom will perform. We should get these guys to make a car called Utopia.

Pretty sure player is just being a tool, he joined us random but wasn't a good fit, claimed he couldn't delete. Always something. :)
