1) will troops that were sent out on 1st and 2nd Feb be back or still out?
2) will there be 24h worth of gc and sol available?
3) will there be full mana and stealth?

Yes, the hostile meter is currently displaying incorrectly. The actual relation mechanics are working thought, so if a kingdom has hit you up to hostile/unfriendly you still have ops and the button.
