I dunno see what happens. Flogger never pushes wars fast so I don't think there's anything unusual going on. I think a good strategy for Flogger that would totally surprise his opponent would be if he were to initiate a conflict or to push war fast. I think that would mind **** his opponents :p

Update: I can't check back into my province until later tonight, however I do believe I'll find it with significantly less resources than what it started with, and a significantly higher TB, since I left octo to take care of it. This is the way of the octo sitting. Your province will improve slightly, octo's province will improve significantly more ;)
