How do you report a single province in your own kingdom who has a racist and offensive name and is telling people to die in the chat? There is no report button when I click on the name of the province, or anywhere in the chat.

Some people from our kd reported him back when he was with us, but we razed him out before any action was taken. I know it's probably better to just have him removed by the mods, but man, razing him sure was gratifying.
