The devs have made a decision to kill competitive utopia and have thereby killed my interest with it.
I'm reasonably sure the game wouldn't send out automatic emails when a province goes inactive. Most likely compiles the provinces that are inactive at a certain time, then sends out an email later.
LoL. And here I'm, out of game, keeping my full activity boxes in case an emergency cataclysm occurs.

I recieved mails last age or the age before that as well on several occassions but couldnt remember if i actually were active then or not. So didnt bother to look into it, but this time i knew i had logged in recently!
