Sure it does. NW is more easily manipulated which indicates a readiness to war. For instance, if someone self razes it's easily observed from the nw dive. NW is the sculpting of the strat. In fact I was taught how to eyeball attacks based on nw criteria when I first started playing. Acres are your byproduct, your badge, your goal. Why do you think I always retaliate land crown kingdoms on randoms? Because my ability to hold them is my badge in the realm of the most coveted goal. The fact that acres are as powerful a resource in your realm is your diplo. Acres are the greatest resource IF you have time.

The devs ****ed the OOP for us. In more ways then one.
We had little to nothing to really play for since that moment since we knew it would be impossible to come back up after it. We intended to go all the way and fight to win this round.

They made 3 bank hits before WD. Their core was not near active enough to properly WD acres up. Plus i think they had internal issues. I am not sure really. They could kept going a few days if they wanted to try.
