Yes, big time activity issues on a few provs in our core even after knowing war date for more than 5 days ahead of time. If people don't take care of their stuff or don't go into sitting bc they're busy what the heck can you do other than get out before you lose too much stuff. Even if activity is bad, if you make a deal you have to stick to it and just cut your losses at the appropriate time.
