If it is aggressive why can you do it when kds have established a formal non-aggression pact?

What does your statement have to do with intel being defined as aggressive or not? Color me confused.

Trust but verify. The devs are republicans. ;-D

On a less serious note, I play toward only doing retaliation. I don't take random intel; from a respect for mana and runes standpoint(shadow light ain't cheap).

Since the player base craves aggression in most circles I end up having fun. Plus they're usually attempting to safe hit which makes it even more challenging.

I have to be practiced in non-aggression so I can move more freely to a kingdom in need.
