Utopia site down?

stupid question, is it only me or is the utopia website (utopia-game.com) down? Haven't been able to access it the last 3-4 hours or so.

wasnt down for me but ive been experiencing a lot of latency on uto today, while other sites are working fine..

Ok, thanks for the replies.

Yeah, I've noticed that I am able to connect to the site, after anywhere between 10-50 tries to refresh the connection, and then randomly get "dced".

(Connecting from Beijing, China, if that is a factor here. I have before today had no problem connecting to the site whatsoever)
