Weekends are national holidays in Amsterdam, this is an international dealbreak by Mithras.

I don't know what the issue here is. Emeriti has stated they would raze the deal break acres the took. When The U stated they would not gain one acre from a deal break they agreed. So I am sure they will raze their acres. I mean I don't see where a deal break is happening from zauper. I guess we will see what happens. As far as I am concerned emeriti said they would raze them so we will give them a chance to do just that.

Because he has no leg to stand on. Even if you felt like CK declining our interpretation meant that the deal they offered was in effect, you can view this post as me saying "We feel like you are too close to us in land. PM us to discuss". If we haven't resolved it soon, we will have to take action to make ourselves comfortable with the gap.

That is because other than noticing into hostile earlier this age he hasn't dealbroken yet. Get with the program. Pay attention. He is laying the groundworks for it. And he is a master at it. He went from having nothing to saying there is no cf in a heartbeat. Also, when it started too look grim he pulled this one:

We didnt want them....where they go from there/what happens afterwords with the acres or cr+emeriti is a new issue. i expect it to be handled via here/irc and lots of talk, some threats, not a lot of action

In any case, we no longer believe that 85% is the threshold for you being too close as we feel you cannot be trusted given your attempts to get out of your promises, and that is no longer on the table. 60% or less.
