Seems you agree our current deal is either 48h notice or "you can't come to close".
So, you want to give us land to drop down to 50% our size because any larger than that is too close? If not, you're violating the deal you think you have with us, and we should action you for dealbreaking. Right?

Thank you for posting a confirmation that we have an eoa cf that both our kds have confirmed. I understand that you have to add things and alter things in hindsight to make this dealbreak believable for the comunity. I still find that too close excuse to be way below your best. I'm sure you can come up with a better one in time for the actual dealbreak though. I have faith in you.

Also, did you see that line "per our conversation" in there? There is alot of nice things in that conversation that will look really silly on your record if you don't get better excuses for the dealbreak.
We need something big like "AMA dealbroke Sanctuary in age 51" or "Anri tripple noticed all abs kds in age xx". You need to think bigger.
