No. You can call him out for hitting into your wars if you want. You can not ask other people to hit a target, at least not on the forums.

its a fine line, these phrases seem to be acceptable:
"I hope X:X gets razed to the ground" "X:X should be attacked for this" and similar statements

while phrases like this are not allowed:
"can some one hit X:X for me?"
