Make a rule against forcing people to not compete

In the spirit of the game make it a rule where kingdoms can't demand other kingdoms not compete for land, honor, or war wins. Non-compete agreements take away from the spirit of the game as a whole. Please add this to the code of conduct

The problem with that is that it's just a matter of wording. No one can actually demand you not partake in the crown race. If you don't then that is your decision and cannot be against the rules. Others can suggest it and you may have to deal with the consequences of such crowning attempt. But in the end no game mechanic prevents you from crowning other than your skill.

You can always refuse.. what a shocker. Nobody is forcing you to do anything and if you get pressured into it im pretty sure you werent a contender to begin with.

It's not just about crown race, there have been forced cfs where a kingdom can't go over say 80k acres, it goes against the spirit of the game

The spirit of the game is that you must compete in all things?

In the case of a CF to stay below 80k acres. You're fee to accept the CF and then grow beyond 80k acres. You're allowed to make deals and you're allowed to break deals, that's really the essence of the game, not something that goes against the spirit of the game.

Countries in the real world make agreements then break them all the time. It's no different here.
