I would shift the audience to 'an evolved community' than 'an evolved human being', though Nietezsche probably had intended it as such.
There are people who would hold onto such mental/cultural constructs such as morality, religion, virtues, as innate to their selves, what defines humanity, and other philosophically warm ideas, eg. 'products of evolutionary heritage'.
I submit that these ideas are only valued and propagated because they are, simply and harshly put, beneficial for the community, or in your words, 'useful for an evolved human being'.

What I meant by 'product of our evolutionary heritage' is that our sense of right and wrong (morality) is simply a by-product or extension of our survival instinct. Its the social glue that enables us to cooperate which, in turn, helps us to live longer and leave more descendants.
