It might be that I misunderstood your question. I thought you asked about how to set up the INTEL SITE that you can connect to the munkbot? If thats your question then the answer is that you need a webhost(server) to put the site on, which you also can get by munk i think.

But when i reread your question again now I guess you are actually asking about if it still work at all and to that the question is yes. Go to #munkbot on irc.utonet.org and talk to munk himself.

EDIT: Actually it might be that you have to use the site on munks own server now that i think about it.. :P Sorry for all the confusing posts.. Not sober.. :P
