It's there, you just don't see it. Best way to observe it is by putting in 1 troops vs a kd you're at war with. The offense it outputs will reflect the 20% bonus.Originally Posted by JustDoItRo

It only shows up on the war room page if you've selected the KD you're warring.
The OME bonus only applies against the KD you're warring, so it doesn't show up on general pages such as throne or military advisor.
