Just wondering if the tick at the very end of eowcf (where after the tick you go normal/fort) do you get the bonus 2x wizard training? or is it 1x?

You should - that tick still counts as EOWCF for other purposes, IIRC.
what other purposes? I think this is the first bonus from eowcf that has an effect at tick isn't it?
