How is this possible? 2 KDs were at war with each other, EoWCF began, now one still shows at war, other does not. Can I hit into the oow kd? What about the in war kd?

The OOW kingdom could have ended their EOWCF early while the in War kd did not. You can hit into the OOW without penalties but hitting into the In War kd will give the usual penalties.Originally Posted by Ratticus
