In my experience (and we are on the list) tagging war agreed does nothing :(

People hit into our Kingdom as we're getting ready for war, then our provinces stupidly hit out against other kingdoms (including kingdoms in the top 5 which are twice our size), then those KD's wave us back, then we go into war at 85% of the NW of the opposition KD and lose...

it doesn't work >_<

Just watch out for #1 ranked kingdom Starsfan. If you have a decent sized province they dont have a problem hitting into your war to take some acres.

Well, seeing as honour is mainly gained/lost/traded during wars, won't the warring KDs be the ones looking for war AND have high honour (assuming they're good at warring and have won a fair bit)?

Also, Hostile U is tagged hostile but the KD they have relations with does not want to war them at all.
