So these are the KD's that need to be hit? I find it amusing that several kd's on here will decline war left and right... but are considered "top honor"...

People will hit kingdoms regardless of tag. Before our last war we had an active hostile(tag and paper) and got waved anyway. Learns and massacres. We had hit the KD that waved us with one learn attack 4 days before and they decided that was the perfect moment to wave us demanding war.
Active tags are one thing... tagging WAR or HOSTILE for 5 days... all is fair game at that point. Sorry to hear about your active hostile though. But when you have a kd that is in your NW range, with an open tag, who are randoming out with no active hostile. How are they considered "top honor". Blows my mind... so farmed they will be and waved constantly!

and no, it wasn't a targetsharing list. I'm sure a good number of them are/were actually in war. I just found it amusing that 1/3 of the top honor kingdoms were insisting that you aren't allowed to hit them

My KD plays the game on a very basic level. No strategies of any kind outside of "attack more". There is no plan so simple that it won't go horribly wrong.
Some would say this makes us better, more pure than most other kingdoms in the game.

you should take FREE out of that pussy top you made. It is not the case. For everybody else, yes - they don't fight unles 20% bigger in everything and they cry when waved.
Unlike FREE that dont fight unless they have equal terms!! ;) Or cry about oop war cause the enemy kd made a different strategical choice than themselves.
who said that FREE does not fight unless equal terms? where you got that from? our past two wars were clearly proven with FREE much weaker. So far we fought againt much tougher opponents in epa/nw/science and with our own kingdom NOT pumped at all - barely any science, no epa, barely any wpa.

We did not reseted, Spartans did into orcs, hahaha. So whos tactic/setup was better? We retained our gains, they lost everything in several good provinces.
