CF expired 24th May. Pyro is in full fort protection with about 50 million gc, and FS about 6.5 million.

Pyro broke CF and sent gold drake, and razed top orc 1x, making 2 clean UBs from this hit.

Land was agreed to cap at 48k, and both sides honored that, and incidentally NW was dead even at CF expiry. We did have more thieves and wiz across the core though, so FS had more troops (about 80k lead, which is slightly under 2 MPA). FS also had more horses.

FS gave button into fort 1 tick after with a full wave killing lots of offense but not enough to keep any of their TMs safe. We decided to focus hostile on killing 6 faeries+halflings, and with some strategic play by starving them and releasing horses (which they ghosted them; we didn't), we managed to widen the NW gap to what it is now.

We have secured another UB in the process and approximately 2 more are marginal UB (we expect them to be so, after 1 wave). None of their faeries are UB at this moment but within 1 wave after declare I think they make 4 UBs (3 fae mystic 1 fae rogue). UB count will be 5 to 4 in Pyro's favour after 24h of war is what I am reckoning.

FS is also tanking gold drake and Pyro is drake free. Sapphire started as 2nd drake for Pyro, and FS also has a sapphire (funded and waiting to send I must presume).

Don't think they had any error in prep, we have merchants and they don't. So that gold discrepancy sounds normal. I thought they did really good prep actually, I was actually nervous with how high their offense was on their 2 orcs.

To FS's credit, they were about 8k smaller early Y4, we were 45k they were 37k. They PMed me if we would like to war and I said sure why not, and asked them to suggest a date.

They said they'll take some time to grow and update me soon. So I agreed to stay stagnant. They were super pumped and I knew they wont take long to get to size waving KDs their size. They waved Jerks and Pufferfish for about 3k each, and told me they can be ready May 24th Y5. That was about a week before (roughly May Y4). I remember because the new province in Pyro had only 5 days of prep and he got deleted about 1-2 days after war date was confirmed.

We agreed on a cap of 48k so there was some tactical room for prep. With the amount of land they took in and explored(and if they did not retrain their losses from those waves), I would put them on similar if not higher PPA than us after rebuild, so they should have same gc as us for the fight. But they were higher trained than us throughout the prep, I think by about 2.5 PPA kdwide (I remember we were 120k or so behind in troop count). Maybe it's due to their CFs, maybe its tactical, or maybe poorer prep, it's not my spot to comment here. We had negligible stocks too when war was agreed.
